Let’s get started! I offer a few package options outlined below with more details on which package might be the best choice for you.  Schedule your free 15-minute fitting call so I can learn more about you and your specific situation.

Individual
Session

This is a great option if you've already completed a package with me and just need a refresher now and then, or if you prefer to go at your own pace. Schedule when you need, as you need.

$85 One-time payment

30-Day Package

This option is for you if you have 1 -2 specific goals that you've already been working on, or are clear on your goals and just need some help getting a plan together to get started.

Includes:

- 4 weekly private coaching sessions (1-hour each).
- Access to the wellness management portal for journaling.
- Daily and weekly goal tracking.
- Access to private messaging with me in between sessions.

Clients who choose this package typically decide to continue with additional coaching to work through their plan.

$329 One-time payment

60-Day Package

This option is for you if you would like help clarifying your goals and creating a consistent plan to achieve your goals. Ideal for clients who are working on stress management, creating an effective daily routine, or have 1-2 new healthy habits they'd like to introduce into their life.

Includes:

- 8 weekly private coaching sessions (1-hour each).
- Access to the wellness management portal for journaling.
- Daily and weekly goal tracking.
- Access to private messaging with me in between sessions.
- BONUS: Received a digital copy of the Habit Transformation Journal.

$299/month
for 2 months

90-Day Package

This option is for you if you want to focus on more than 2 goals, or are committing to a major lifestyle change. This package is ideal for clients looking to lose more than 15lbs., are managing a chronic health condition, or are looking to implement healthier habits to overcome a current health challenge (prediabetes, hypertension, etc.)

Includes:

- 12 weekly private coaching sessions (1-hour each).
- Access to the wellness management portal for journaling.
- Daily and weekly goal tracking.
- Access to private messaging with me in between sessions.
- BONUS: Received a digital copy of the Habit Transformation Journal.
- BONUS: Receive a Strengths Evaluation book.

$279/month
for 3 months
