The Well Mama Program was created just for busy moms who want to conquer the challenges of a busy mom life and feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. We'll do this through three signature steps:

It’s like a giant deep breath and a warm cozy blanket for your mind and body.
Step 2: Remove... If you feel like you always have way more on your plate than you can take on, your “to do” list is never-ending, or your schedule is overbooked and there’s no end in sight, this section is perfect for you.
Step 2 is all about “saying no” in more places. Just think what it will feel like to have 50 lbs. of weight lifted off your shoulders. You'll make some space on your calendar for the thing that is most important in your life - You.
Step 3: Rebuild...
This last step is your new beginning. What would a fresh start look like for you? How would it feel?
You’ll make sure that you keep the energy you’ve gained in the first two steps while adjusting to a lifestyle that will keep you feeling like your best self – mind, body & purpose.

As your wellness coach, I'll walk side by side with you throughout 12 50-minute sessions to set effective action steps each week, celebrate progress, and overcome and roadblocks or barriers along the way using evidence-based coaching methods.
