During this session, we’ll talk about your goals and get to know each other better. By the time this session is over, you’ll have a clear understanding if coaching is right for you. If it is, great! We’ll talk through the package options and get your next session scheduled. If it’s not, that’s okay too. I can even provide a few recommendations on other resources for you to look into. 

But, starter wellness sessions are limited each month, so be sure to schedule yours so we can get started! 

If you decide wellness coaching is the right fit for you, I offer three options for 1:1 coaching packages depending on the goals you’d like to achieve.
